The staff at Quality Inn went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite not having an elevator for my elderly grandmother, they helped us to the 2nd floor and even allowed us to check in early. The hotel's location off the highway was convenient, with restaurants and a gas station nearby. I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn Fairmont and would recommend it to others.

We decided to stay at this hotel during our family trip and we were pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect, as it is just off I90 and close to Black Hills. There are several restaurants nearby, which made it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat. The room was comfortable and clean, with soft towels and a functioning remote control. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety and satisfied our appetite.

The only downside was that the walls were a little thin, allowing some noise to filter through.
